Southern California Outlet Malls by County
What is an outlet mall anyway? An outlet mall is a shopping center where you'll find stores operated directly by apparel and product manufacturers. In theory, these manufacturers use these stores to sell overstock, which is basically excess product. Savvy shoppers like outlet malls because they can find bargains on quality merchandise. That's the idea anyway. The thing about outlet malls is that some of the stores may not be outlet stores and some of the prices may not be all that great. If you're in it for the adventure of bargain hunting, though, you'll have a fabulous time.

Southern California Jazz Hot Spots |
|
On any given Friday or Saturday evening in Southern California, you can probably find mellow jazz somewhere nearby. Hotel bars and restaurants all over the LA and San Diego area host jazz musicians or at least pipe in some jazz for you to enjoy while sipping a martini and chatting it up with your friends. While this isn't a bad thing, it can make the search for a true jazz venue kind of confusing. This is because any restaurant or bar that has hosted a jazz musician at least once in the past six months likes to call itself a jazz venue. But you might show up at said venue only to find that the talent booked for the evening is hip-hop.
So what we've tried to do (hopefully with some success) is create a list of venues that predominantly feature jazz. This mission is further complicated because jazz venues seem to come and go with regularity. Feel free to
