Topolobampo is a quiet seaside village that's without the heavy tourist influence of other Mexico cruise ports. Upon arriving, you can walk into the village or take a shuttle to the beach or the nearby city of Los Mochis. The village itself is charming, if not terribly exciting. It is tucked into rolling hills that rise majestically above the sea. Holland America is the only major cruise line to stop in Topolobampo.
