Fight city congestion to explore the Downtown, bargain with merchants to get a silver bracelet for a fair price, spend the day wandering through high-end resorts or just hit the beach for some people watching and water sports. Your ship may dock at Marina Vallarta, or it may use tender boats to get you to shore. Either way, you'll be a few miles outside of the main town area. You can use cabs or local buses to get around. Head to the Golden Zone area for beach-going, or consider taking a cab to Playa Mismaloya.
