2. The business you are listing fits within the category you have selected. For example, do not list an online gaming site within “Southern California DUI Attorneys.”
3. Your Web site and/or company does not provide online gambling, use spyware on its Web site, or have any involvement with the adult entertainment industry.
4. The Web site to which the listing links does not contain adult/mature content or spyware.
5. You have the authority to add the business listing and accept responsibility for payment.
6. You release the publisher (Brock Communications, Inc.) from all liabilities that may arise from the publication of this listing.
7. The listing information will appear exactly as entered by you.
8. Brock Communications reserves the right to deny any listings for any reason.
9. All listings remain active for 365 days and can be renewed 14 days prior to expiration.
10. The listing is free. If you want to include a link or a business description, these are $15 each per year. This covers the cost of reviewing the site and the description to ensure that neither violates any of our stated terms.
